Thank you for being a part of SENNA Indonesia. Every Purchase of SENNA watch via website or stockist is entitled to a 12-month warranty (for the movement and watch battery) and a 6-month warranty (for the body and watch strap) which is valid from the date of purchase. Here are some things you need to know about the SENNA Watch warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects (such as in the body, straps, and movements) and defects caused by minor negligence of the user (such as falling, hit, or damaged by the water). Any damage caused by unauthorized repair or alteration can void your warranty.
Warranty claims can be made by showing a valid by showing a valid purchase receipt or warranty card. During the warranty period, you are entitled to repair your SENNA Watch for free.
