Product Information

Senna reserves the right to adjust product prices, add additional fees, change product ranges and related information without prior notice. The images and information displayed by Senna aim to reflect the product as best as possible. The color and wood grain of the Serra watch you buy may not be the same as the watch you will get. Each Senna watch has a different wood color and grain depending on the type of wood used.

Eligibility To Purchase

You must provide your data to complete an order for goods on our website. You are also required to provide valid and correct payment details. We will only process transactions with accounts that have complied with the eligibility requirements that have been determined. You also agree that we may use your data for inspection. The personal data you provide will be kept safe and confidential.


You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. Midtrans service manages all transactions on the Senna website. Senna doesn’t keep any credit card numbers. You can also make payments using a VISA or Mastercard card securely over the internet. Payments are managed encrypted and under strict banking by Midtrans services. Your card details will be sent to your bank and can’t be accessed by anyone except your bank. Goods will be processed immediately after payment by credit/debit card is confirmed. If no payment has been made after the goods have been ordered, the Senna can cancel the order automatically.


You will receive an email confirming your purchase as soon as we receive your order. Therefore, it is important that you enter the correct email address when filling out the purchase form. This order confirmation email also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Complaint Terms

It is important for you as a customer to check your goods carefully when you receive your shipment. Make sure the packaging of the goods you receive is good enough and not damaged. If any damage occurs during the shipping process, you must immediately report it to the courier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and the item is damaged or does not match what you ordered, you can contact us at [email protected] or contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the product. Products to be returned to SENNA INDONESIA must be packaged and treated as before to avoid damage during transit.
